With a master’s degree in psychology from Lund University I’m trained in both psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. As a therapist I have a rich and wide experience of working with on therapy, councelling, psychological examinations, education, training and a range of adaptations and specialisations towards enabling, supporting, incentivising, evolving, salutogenesis and validating in such diverse areas as crisis management, educational psychology, short and long therapies, grief, stress, exhaustion, anxiety and much more.

Ecological Awareness
This is a company that remains aware and mindful of our planet. All transportation is by bike or public transport. Paper use is held at a minimum in favour of digital alternatives and energy is used responsibly. Where it is deemed preferable for the therapeutic work or client needs paper is still used but it is always a conscious consideration.

GDPR compliance and confidentiality
Confidential communication takes place through digital services that comply with GDPR and swedish laws and regulations regarding patient confidentiality. Communication may also take place through phone, text message and e-mail regarding less sensitive issues such as checking and changing times for appointments or general questions. But I always recommend using the secure messaging system.
